He brings 25+ years of experience managing compliance and certifications (HITRUST, GDPR, and SOX), data operations, cloud management, innovation, and business/augmented intelligence.

Raj also served as a VP of Engineering for Digilant where he was responsible for managing the security and data operations team. Graeme’s career spans various notable positions, including serving as SVP of Sales at PatientPoint, to leading and contributing to Sales, Marketing, and Business Development Teams from startups to publicly held companies, including GE, Greenway Health, Carecloud, and Relatient. Graeme has a passion for leading and coaching growth teams and has a track record of successful exits and was a pivotal contributor to Greenway Health’s IPO.

Nick is the Chief Financial Officer at MDaudit. He was named CFO of MDaudt in April 2017. He is a healthcare technology business leader with 20 years of broad-based finance experience. In this role, he is responsible for driving business growth and financial strategy and supporting the development and execution of strategic plans.
