Remote teams thrive through cross-functional collaboration.
MDaudit understands that cross-functional teamwork is vital for the success of a remote team. To cultivate collaboration and promote a culture of fun and inclusivity, we created Belonging@MDaudit.
Belonging@MDaudit is dedicated to creating conditions that provide everyone with equitable opportunities to thrive and a community where all team members feel that their voice is heard and that they belong! This group educates the MDaudit community on various cultural and religious celebrations. They also plan interactive and engaging workshops and virtual activities that focus on collaboration, learning, and belonging at work.
Virtual Terrarium-Making Workshop
Team members created live terrariums while learning about the calming effects of indoor greenery. It was a hands-on, mindful experience that encouraged creativity and connection.
Watercolor for Mindfulness Class
A peaceful, guided painting session that focused on mindfulness through art. Employees were encouraged to unplug, express themselves, and reflect on wellness through watercolor.
Margarita Mixer
A fun, social event with a live mixologist teaching employees how to make fresh margaritas. It brought a casual, relaxed energy and gave teams a chance to unwind and connect.
Virtual Charcuterie Class
An interactive class where employees learned to assemble beautiful charcuterie boards. It was a creative, food-focused event that sparked conversation and laughter.
Holiday Cookie Decorating Class
A festive, family-friendly activity where employees joined with loved ones to decorate cookies. It celebrated the season and reinforced our community spirit.
